1.—(1) The title of this Order is the Housing (Wales) Act 2014 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2016.
(2) In this Order “the Act” (“y Ddeddf”) means the Housing (Wales) Act 2014.
2. The appointed day for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Act is 16 March 2016—
(a)section 103 (duty to meet assessed needs);
(b)section 104 (failure to comply with duty under section 103).
