Amendment to the Education (Individual Pupil Information) (Prescribed Persons) (England) Regulations 2009
9. At the end of regulation 3(5) of the Education (Individual Pupil Information) (Prescribed Persons) (England) Regulations 2009(1) add—
“(x)Qualifications Wales.”
