Title, application and commencement
1.—(1) The title of these Regulations is the Common Agricultural Policy (Amendment) (No. 2) (Wales) Regulations 2016.
(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
(3) These Regulations come into force on 18 March 2016.
