Public Services Ombudsman for Wales (Standards Investigations) Order 2006
71. The Public Services Ombudsman for Wales (Standards Investigations) Order 2006(1) is amended as follows.

S.I. 2006/949 (W. 98). The amendment to Schedule 2 arises in consequence of the insertion of Part 2A into the Public Services Ombudsman (Wales) Act 2005 (c. 10), by paragraph 2 of Schedule 3 to the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014. The amendment to Schedule 3 arises in consequence of the repeal of section 26 of the Public Services Ombudsman (Wales) Act 2014 in paragraph 25 of Schedule 3 to the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014.
