Staffing of Maintained Schools (Wales) Regulations 2006

In regulation 7A (independent investigator) of the Staffing of Maintained Schools (Wales) Regulations 2006(1) in paragraphs (3)(b), (5)(a) and (5)(c)(i) for “guidance issued under section 7 of the Local Authority Social Services Act 1970” substitute “a code issued under section 145 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014”.
