PART 1 Amendments to secondary legislation referencing primary legislation repealed by the 2014 Act

National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) (Wales) Regulations 2004

59.  In paragraph 95 (co-operation with investigations) sub-paragraph (2) of Schedule 6 to the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) (Wales) Regulations 2004(1) in the definition of “local authority”—

(a) at the end of paragraph (b) omit “or”;

(b) at the end of paragraph (c) omit the full stop and insert “, or”;

(c) after paragraph (c) insert the following—

“(d) a council of a county or county borough in Wales.”.
