Homelessness (Priority Need for Accommodation) (England) Order 200249
In article 1 (citation, commencement and interpretation) paragraph (3)—
a
in the definition of “looked after, accommodated or fostered”, after “the Children Act 1989” insert “or, as the case may be, section 104(3) of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014”;
b
in the definition of “relevant student” for “that Act” substitute “the Children Act 1989 or, as the case may be, section 114(5) or 115(6) of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014”.
