187.  In regulation 73 (co-operation with investigations) paragraph (2) of the National Health Service (Personal Medical Services Agreements) Regulations 2015(1), in the definition of “local authority”—

(a) at the end of paragraph (b) omit “or”;

(b) at the end of paragraph (c) for “and” substitute “or”;

(c) after paragraph (c) insert—

“(d) the council of a county or county borough in Wales; and”.
