Education (Admission of Looked After Children) (Wales) Regulations 2009
109. In regulation 2 (interpretation) paragraph (1) of the Education (Admission of Looked After Children) (Wales) Regulations 2009(1), in the definition of “relevant looked after child” for “section 22 of the Children Act 1989” substitute “section 74 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014”.
