101. In regulation 3 (interpretation) of the Education (Information About Individual Pupils) (Wales) Regulations 2007(1), in the definition of “child looked after by a local authority” after “assigned to it by section” insert “74(1) of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 or, as the case may be, section”.
