The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 79(2)(b) and 187(1)(b) of the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 20161 make the following Regulations.
In accordance with section 187(2)(m) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, the National Assembly for Wales.
