9.—(1) The County of Flintshire (Electoral Arrangements) Order 1998(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In column (2) of the Table in the Schedule, for the entry in the column opposite the Name of the New Electoral Division of Halkyn substitute—
“The Halkyn Mountain ward of the Community of Halkyn”.
