In regulation 50(1) of the Government of Maintained Schools (Wales) Regulations 20059 for “regulation 3(2) of the Religious Character of Schools (Designation Procedure) Regulations 1998” substitute “regulation 5(2) of the Religious Character of Schools (Designation Procedure) (Wales) Regulations 2016”.
