1.—(1) The title of this Order is the Government of Wales Act 2006 (Budget Motions and Designated Bodies) Order 2016.
(2) This Order comes into force on 19 December 2016.
2. A body which is listed in the Schedule to this Order is a designated body for the purposes of section 126A of the Government of Wales Act 2006 in relation to the Welsh Ministers(1).
