Bwrdd cynghori’r cynllun: sefydlu
10.—(1) Bydd bwrdd cynghori ar gyfer y cynllun (“Bwrdd Cynghori Cynllun Pensiwn y Diffoddwyr Tân ar gyfer Cymru”).
(2) Bwrdd Cynghori Cynllun Pensiwn y Diffoddwyr Tân ar gyfer Cymru sy’n gyfrifol am ddarparu cyngor, mewn ymateb i gais gan Weinidogion Cymru, ar y materion canlynol—
(a)dymunoldeb gwneud newidiadau i’r cynllun hwn ac unrhyw gynllun cysylltiedig; a
(b)unrhyw fater arall yr ystyria’n berthnasol o ran gweithredu’r cynllun hwn yn effeithiol ac effeithlon.
(3) Bwrdd Cynghori Cynllun Pensiwn y Diffoddwyr Tân ar gyfer Cymru sy’n gyfrifol hefyd am ddarparu cyngor i reolwyr cynllun a byrddau pensiynau lleol mewn perthynas â gweinyddu a rheoli’r cynllun hwn ac unrhyw gynllun cysylltiedig yn effeithiol ac effeithlon.
(4) Yn ddarostyngedig i’r Rheoliadau hyn, caiff Bwrdd Cynghori Cynllun Pensiwn y Diffoddwyr Tân ar gyfer Cymru benderfynu ar ei weithdrefnau ei hunan, gan gynnwys gweithdrefnau ynglŷn â hawliau pleidleisio, sefydlu is-bwyllgorau, talu lwfansau mynychu rhesymol ac unrhyw dreuliau rhesymol mewn cysylltiad â chyflawni ei swyddogaethau, fel yr ystyrir yn angenrheidiol ym marn y Bwrdd.
