The Welsh Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 12, 19, 187(1) and 203(9) and (10) of, paragraph 7(3) of Schedule 2 to, paragraph 25(3) of Schedule 3 to, and paragraphs 2, 2A(2), 3 and 4 of Schedule 10 to, the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006(3).

Section 187 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 (c. 42) as amended by section 180 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 (anaw 4).

Paragraph 2A of Schedule 10 to the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 (c .42) as inserted by the Health Act 2009 (c. 21), section 19, Schedule 3, Part 1, paragraphs 14, 16(1) and (3).
