Title

1.  The title of this Order is the Education Act 2002 (Commencement No. 15) (Wales) Order 2015.

Appointed Day

2.—(1) The appointed day is 27 February 2015.

(2) Chapter 1 of Part 1 of the Education Act 2002(1) (which comprises sections 1 to 5 and relates to powers to facilitate innovation) comes into force on the appointed day.
