1.—(1) The title of this Order is the Children and Families Act 2014 (Commencement) (Wales) Order 2015.
(2) In this Order, “the 2014 Act” (“Deddf 2014”) means the Children and Families Act 2014.
(3) This Order applies in relation to Wales.
2. Section 1 of the 2014 Act is to come into force on 19 October 2015.
