15. In regulation 16 (authorised disclosures)—
(a)in paragraph (a) omit “12 or”;
(b)omit “and” at the end of paragraph (c);
(c)in paragraph (d) for “.” substitute “; and”;
(d)after paragraph (d) insert—
“(e)to the adopted person to enable him or her to make an informed decision about whether to consent to an application under these Regulations proceeding.”
