Fees in particular cases
5. Where application is made pursuant to section 73 of the 1990 Act (determination of applications to develop land without compliance with conditions previously attached)(1) the fee payable is £190.

Section 73 was amended by sections 42 and 120 of, and paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 to, the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (c. 5). Other amendments are not relevant to these Regulations.
