Adolygu dyfarniadau
7.—(1) Caiff awdurdod wneud cais i Weinidogion Cymru am adolygu’r dyfarniad.
(2) Rhaid i unrhyw gais o’r fath gael ei wneud o fewn tri mis i ddyddiad y dyfarniad.
(3) Caniateir i adolygiad gael ei gynnal gan Weinidogion Cymru (p’un ai mewn ymateb i gais neu fel arall).
(4) Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru gadarnhau’r dyfarniad neu roi dyfarniad gwahanol yn ei le.
