SCHEDULE 4 KILLING ANIMALS OTHER THAN THOSE TO WHICH THE EU REGULATION APPLIES

Exemptions

3.  This Schedule does not apply to animals which are killed—

(a) as a result of any act lawfully done under the Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986.;

(b) during hunting or recreational fishing activities; or

(c) during sporting events.
