Gwaharddiad cyffredinol
2.—(1) Ni chaiff neb ladd anifail yn unol â defodau crefyddol heb ei stynio ymlaen llaw, onid yw’r anifail yn ddafad, gafr, anifail buchol neu aderyn a leddir mewn lladd-dy yn unol â’r Atodlen hon.
(2) Nid oes dim yn yr Atodlen hon sy’n gymwys i ladd anifeiliaid yn unol â defodau crefyddol pan fo’r anifeiliaid wedi eu stynio cyn eu lladd, ond mewn achosion o’r fath, rhaid ffrwyno a stynio’r anifail yn unol â’r Rheoliad UE ac Atodlen 1.
