Revocation and saving of instruments30

Subject to paragraph (2) the following instruments are revoked—
a
the Accounts and Audit (Wales) Regulations 200536;
b
the Accounts and Audit (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 200737;
c
the Accounts and Audit (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 201038; and
d
the Accounts and Audit (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 201339.

The Regulations in paragraph (1) are saved in so far as they apply to accounts for the financial years ending on or before 31 March 2014 and the audit of those accounts.
