Title, commencement and application
1.—(1) The title of these Regulations is the Government of Maintained Schools (Training Requirements for Governors) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and they come into force on 19 September 2014.
(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
(3) In these Regulations “the 2013 document” (“dogfen 2013”) means the document published by the Welsh Ministers called “Content of training for school governors in Wales on understanding school data”(1).
