Addasu’r rhwymedigaeth i lunio cynlluniau trafnidiaeth lleol o dan adran 108 o Ddeddf 2000
3.—(1) Mae’r ffordd y caiff adran 108 o Ddeddf 2000 ei chymhwyso o ran paratoi cynlluniau trafnidiaeth lleol gan awdurdodau trafnidiaeth lleol wedi ei addasu yn unol â pharagraff (2).
(2) Caiff awdurdod trafnidiaeth lleol—
(a)paratoi cynllun trafnidiaeth lleol ar gyfer rhan o’i ardal yn unig;
(b)ar y cyd ag un neu ragor o awdurdodau trafnidiaeth lleol, baratoi cynllun trafnidiaeth lleol o ran ardal sy’n cynnwys eu cydardal i gyd neu unrhyw ran neu rannau ohoni.
