Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme Regulations 2012
420.—(1) Regulation 20 is amended as follows.
(2) In the definition of “area”—
(a)in sub-paragraph (a) omit “and Wales”;
(b)after sub-paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)in respect of the NRBW, Wales;”.
(3) In the definition of “authority”, for sub-paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a)the Welsh Ministers, where P’s regulator is the NRBW;”.
