391. In article 5(2) of the Flood and Water Management Act 2010 (Commencement No 3 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2011(1), after “the Agency”, in each place where it occurs, insert “in relation to English Committees or the Natural Resources Body for Wales in relation to Welsh Committees”.
