Eels (England and Wales) Regulations 2009
355. In regulation 2, in the appropriate places insert the following definitions—
““the appropriate agency” means (except as provided in regulation 4)—
(a)
in relation to England, the Agency, and
(b)
in relation to Wales, the NRBW;”;
““the NRBW” means the Natural Resources Body for Wales;”.
