309.—(1) Schedule 8 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1—
(a)for sub-paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a)the Environment Agency, the Secretary of State;”;
(b)after sub-paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)the Natural Resources Body for Wales, the Welsh Ministers;”.
(2) Accordingly, in the heading to Part 1, after “the Environment Agency,” insert “the Natural Resources Body for Wales,”.
