151.—(1) Regulation 21 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1), after “material” insert “from a relevant territory”.
(3) In paragraph (2)—
(a)after “despatch forest reproductive material” insert “from a relevant territory”;
(b)for “Great Britain” substitute “that relevant territory”.
