80.—(1) Mae Atodlen 2 i Ddeddf y Comisiynydd Seneddol 1967 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn y rhestr o adrannau etc y gellir ymchwilio iddynt, yn y man priodol mewnosoder—
“Natural Resources Body for Wales.”
(3) Yn y nodiadau sy'n dilyn y rhestr o adrannau etc, yn y man priodol mewnosoder—
In the case of the Natural Resources Body for Wales no investigation is to be conducted in respect of any action in connection with functions of that body in relation to Wales (within the meaning of the Government of Wales Act 2006).”
