in sub-paragraph (ii), for “Commissioners” substitute “ appropriate forestry authority ”.

In subsection (6), after the definition of “quarter” insert—

“relevant territory” means—

a

England and Scotland where the felling is carried out in England or Scotland;

b

Wales where the felling is carried out in Wales;
