452.—(1) Section 6 is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (13), after paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa) the Natural Resources Body for Wales,”.

(3) In subsection (15)(a), for “the Environment Agency” substitute “the Natural Resources Body for Wales”.
