447.—(1) Mae adran 232 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn is-adran (1), yn lle “the Environment Agency” rhodder “the appropriate agency”.
(3) Yn is-adran (5)—
(a)yn lle “the Environment Agency”, ym mhob man lle y mae'n digwydd, rhodder “the appropriate agency”;
(b)ym mharagraffau (h)(iii) a (j), yn lle “the Agency” rhodder “the appropriate agency”.
(4) Yn is-adran (8), yn y man priodol mewnosoder—
““appropriate agency” means—
the Environment Agency, otherwise than in relation to Wales, and
the Natural Resources Body for Wales, in relation to Wales;”.
