224.—(1) Section 3(4) is amended as follows.
(2) At the end of paragraph (a), omit “or”.
(3) After paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)the functions of the NRBW; or”.
(4) After “Environment Agency”, in the second place where it occurs, insert “, the NRBW,”.
