107.—(1) Mae adran 10 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn lle “the Secretary of State”, ym mhob man lle y mae'n digwydd, rhodder “the appropriate licensing authority”.
(3) Yn is-adran (3)(b)—
(a)yn lle “the appropriate nature conservation body” rhodder “Natural England”;
(b)ar ôl “an area” mewnosoder “in, or in waters adjacent to, England”.
(4) Hepgorer is-adran (5).
(5) Ar ôl is-adran (6) mewnosoder—
“(7) In this section “the appropriate licensing authority” means—
(a)the Natural Resources Body for Wales, where the area in question is in Wales;
(b)in any other case, the Marine Management Organisation.
(8) In subsection (7)(a), “Wales” has the meaning given by section 158 of the Government of Wales Act 2006.”
