In this Order—

• “the Body” (“y Corff”) has the meaning given by article 3(1);

• “nature conservation” (“cadwraeth natur”) means the conservation of flora, fauna or geological or physiographical features;

• “pollution control functions” (“swyddogaethau rheoli llygredd”) has the same meaning as in section 5 of the Environment Act 199510;

• “the Welsh zone” (“parth Cymru”) has the meaning given by section 158 of the Government of Wales Act 200611.
