Title, application and interpretation

1.—(1) The title of this Order is the Food Hygiene Rating (Wales) Act 2013(Commencement No.1) Order 2013.

(2) In this Order, “the Act” (“y Ddeddf”) means the Food Hygiene Rating (Wales) Act 2013.
