Ardal a ddynodir yn ardal gorfodi sifil ar dramgwyddau parcio ac yn ardal gorfodi arbennig
Sir y Fflint yn gyfan ac eithrio—
(a)Yr A55 i gyd, gan gynnwys ei ffyrdd ymuno ac ymadael, o fewn y sir;
(b)y darn hwnnw o’r A55, gan gynnwys ei ffyrdd ymuno ac ymadael, o’r ffin sirol â Swydd Gaer i Gyfnewidfa Drome Corner yr A548;
(c)y darn hwnnw o ffordd ddeuol yr A494, gan gynnwys ei ffyrdd ymuno ac ymadael, o Gyfnewidfa Drome Corner yr A548 i gyffordd yr A55 yng Nghyfnewidfa Ewloe.
