Amendments

40.—(1) In the Specified Diseases (Notification and Slaughter) Order 1992(1), in article 2 omit the reference to African horse sickness.

(2) In the Specified Diseases (Notification) Order 1996(2), in Part 1 of Schedule 1 omit the reference to African horse sickness.
