Exemptions
4. These Regulations do not apply—
(a)to anything done under the terms of a licence granted under the Specified Animal Pathogens (Wales) Order 2008(1), or
(b)at any border inspection post within the meaning of, and for so long as it remains approved for the purposes of, regulation 11 of the Trade in Animals and Related Products (Wales) Regulations 2011(2).
