Local Authorities (Contracts) Regulations 1997
1. In regulation 2 of the Local Authorities (Contracts) Regulations 1997 for “the auditor appointed under section 13 of that Act to audit the accounts of the authority in accordance with Chapter 1 of Part 2 of that Act” substitute “the Auditor General for Wales”.
