Interpretation

2.  In this Order—

“the Act” (“y Ddeddf”) means the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009;

“ITQ” (“CTG”) means an Information Technology Qualification;

“NVQ” (“CGC”) means a National Vocational Qualification;

“QCF” (“FfCCh”) means the Qualfications and Credit Framework.
