Appointed day for provisions coming into force in relation to Wales

3.  The appointed day for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Act so far as relating to Wales is 1 April 2012—

(a) section 46;

(b) subject to article 4, section 162(3)(b) and (c); and

(c) Parts 7 and 10 of Schedule 25, and section 237 so far as relating to those Parts.
