10. Personau sydd—
(a)wedi cwblhau yn llwyddiannus ddim llai nag un tymor ysgol o wasanaeth fel athrawon sy'n drwyddedig gan Adran Addysg Taleithiau Guernsey, a'r hyfforddiant a gynigir yn yr argymhelliad am drwydded;
(b)wedi cwblhau'n llwyddiannus, cyn dyddiad cychwyn y drwydded, naill ai—
(i)cwrs hyfforddiant cychwynnol athrawon ysgol a oedd yn para o leiaf dair blynedd, mewn sefydliad addysgol y tu allan i Gymru a Lloegr; neu
(ii)cwrs gradd gyntaf a chwrs ôl radd hyfforddiant cychwynnol athrawon ysgol mewn sefydliad o'r fath (boed hynny yn yr un sefydliad ai peidio); ac
(c)wedi bod yn gyflogedig am ddim llai na blwyddyn fel athrawon neu ddarlithwyr mewn ysgol, ysgol annibynnol (gan gynnwys coleg dinasol neu academi), sefydliad neu brifysgol neu sefydliad addysgol arall naill ai yng Nghymru neu Loegr neu mewn man arall a heb gael eu diswyddo ar unrhyw sail ac eithrio dileu swydd.
