Diwygiadau Canlyniadol

10.  Yn Rheoliadau Addysg (Trefniadau Ymsefydlu ar gyfer Athrawon Ysgol) (Cymru) 2005(1) yn Atodlen 1—

(a)ym mharagraff 22(c) mewnosoder, ar ôl “yn athro neu athrawes gymwysedig” y geiriau “yn rhinwedd rheoliad 5 o Reoliadau Cymwysterau Athrawon Ysgol (Cymru) 2012, a pharagraff 2 o Atodlen 2 iddynt neu”;

(b)yn lle paragraff 22(ch) rhodder—

“(ch)wedi ei asesu gan sefydliad sydd wedi ei achredu gan Gyngor Cyllido Addysg Uwch Cymru o dan reoliad 7 o Reoliadau Cymwysterau Athrawon Ysgol (Cymru) 2012, neu berson a gymeradwywyd gan Weinidogion Cymru ac wedi bodloni'r safonau a grybwyllir yn rheoliad 13.”;

(c)ym mharagraff 23(a)—

(i)mewnosoder, ar ôl “yn athro neu athrawes gymwysedig” y geiriau “yn rhinwedd rheoliad 5 o Reoliadau Cymwysterau Athrawon Ysgol (Cymru) 2012, a pharagraff 7 o Atodlen 2 iddynt neu”; a

(ii)ar ôl “ac a ddaeth” mewnosoder “yn y naill achos neu'r llall”;

(ch)yn lle paragraff 23(b) rhodder—

“(b)wedi ei asesu gan sefydliad sydd wedi ei achredu gan Gyngor Cyllido Addysg Uwch Cymru o dan reoliad 7 o Reoliadau Cymwysterau Athrawon Ysgol (Cymru) 2012, neu berson a gymeradwywyd gan Weinidogion Cymru ac wedi bodloni'r safonau a grybwyllir yn rheoliad 13.”.
