The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 32(2) and (3), 34(1) and 66(1) of the Children Act 2004(1) make the following Regulations:

The power conferred on the National Assembly for Wales to make regulations under the Children Act 2004 was transferred to the Welsh Ministers under Schedule 11 to the Government of Wales Act 2006.
