Atal y cadeirydd neu'r is-gadeirydd

10.—(1) Cyn gwneud penderfyniad i ddiswyddo cadeirydd neu is-gadeirydd o dan reoliad 9, caiff y pwyllgor atal y cadeirydd neu'r is-gadeirydd rhag dal y swydd honno am gyfnod sy'n rhesymol ym marn y pwyllgor.

(2) Pan fo cadeirydd neu is-gadeirydd yn cael ei atal yn unol â pharagraff (1), rhaid i'r pwyllgor hysbysu'r cadeirydd hwnnw neu'r is-gadeirydd hwnnw, pob aelod o'r pwyllgor ac Ymddiriedolaeth Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol Felindre yn ddi-oed ac yn ysgrifenedig gan ddatgan y rhesymau dros ei atal.

(3) Ni chaiff cadeirydd neu is-gadeirydd sy'n cael ei atal o'i swydd o dan baragraff (1) gyflawni swyddogaethau'r cadeirydd neu'r is-gadeirydd.

(4) Mae cyfeiriad yn y rheoliad hwn at atal is-gadeirydd yn gyfeiriad at ei atal o'i benodiad yn is-gadeirydd ac nid at atal yr aelod a benodwyd yn is-gadeirydd o'i swydd ar y pwyllgor.
