Casglu gwybodaeth am daldra a phwysau gan Fyrddau Iechyd Lleol a'i phrosesu ymhellach
3.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (3) ac i unrhyw gyfarwyddiadau a roddir gan Weinidogion Cymru, mae swyddogaethau Gweinidogion Cymru o dan baragraff 7A(1) a (2) o Atodlen 1 i'r Ddeddf, i wneud trefniadau gydag awdurdodau lleol(1) a pherchnogion ysgolion nas cynhelir gan awdurdod lleol i bwyso a mesur plant mewn ysgolion, i fod yn arferadwy gan Fyrddau Iechyd Lleol mewn cysylltiad ag ysgolion sy'n bodoli yn eu hardal.
(2) Caiff pob Bwrdd Iechyd Lleol, yn ôl y ddarpariaeth o dan drefniadau a wneir o dan baragraff 7A(1) neu (2) o Atodlen 1 i'r Ddeddf, bwyso a mesur plant a phrosesu ymhellach yr wybodaeth sy'n deillio o hynny at ddibenion Rhaglen Mesur Plant Cymru os yw'r amodau a osodir yn rheoliad 5 wedi'u bodloni.
(3) Caniateir i'r swyddogaethau ym mharagraffau 7A(1) a (2) o Atodlen 1 i'r Ddeddf sy'n arferadwy gan Fwrdd Iechyd Lleol gael eu harfer, drwy drefniant â'r bwrdd hwnnw ac yn ddarostyngedig i'r fath gyfyngiadau ac amodau ag y gwêl y bwrdd hwnnw'n dda, gan Fwrdd Iechyd Lleol arall.

Rhoddwyd y term 'awdurdodau lleol' yn Atodlen 1 o'r Ddeddf yn lle'r term 'awdurdodau addysg lleol' gan baragraff 61 o Atodlen 2 i Orchymyn Awdurdodau Addysg Lleol ac Awdurdodau Gwasanaethau Plant (Integreiddio Swyddogaethau) 2010 (O.S. 2010/1158).
